Horseback Riding Experience Policy The horseback riding experience is provided and operated by an independent third-party service provider. Baja Rides and Tours acts solely as an intermediary facilitating reservations and does not own, operate, or control the activity, equipment, horses, or personnel involved. All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, missed appointments, travel delays, or changes in plans. Rescheduling is permitted one (1) time only, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time, and is subject to availability. Requests made within 24 hours or failure to attend the scheduled experience (“no-show”) will result in full forfeiture without refund or rescheduling. Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time or denial of participation without refund. For safety reasons, all participants must follow the instructions of the guides and operator. Guests who are visibly impaired, intoxicated, or under the influence will not be permitted to participate and will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling. Horseback riding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, animal behavior, and environmental conditions. By booking, participants acknowledge and accept these risks. Baja Rides and Tours is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses arising from participation. All liability rests with the third-party provider. Experiences operate in most weather conditions. In cases of unsafe conditions, the operator may reschedule at their discretion. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
