Cancellation Policy
Tour Cancellation Policy 1. Purpose: This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of tours organized by Baja Rides and Tours. It aims to provide clear guidelines for both participants and staff involved. 2. Cancellation by Participants : 2.1.- Notification: Participants must provide written notice of cancellation via Email to info@bajaridesandtours.com, the email date and time will be considered as the oficial request time, please contact (619) 400 3080 for questions in regards to this matter. Cancellations made through other means (like social media or in person) will not be processed. 2.2.- Cancellation Timeframes and Fees: o More than 72 hours before the tour: Participants will receive a full refund (minus any third party reservation fees, if applicable). o Between 72 hours and 24 hours before the tour: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to the total cost of the tour. o Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refunds will be issued. 2.3.- No-show Policy: If a participant fails to attend the tour without prior notice, the total fee will be forfeited. 3. Cancellation by Baja Rides and Tours : 3.1.- Weather or Safety Concerns: Baja Rides and Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible via contact information provided at the time of booking. 3.2.- Refunds for Cancellations by Baja Rides and Tours: Participants will receive a full refund for tours canceled by Baja Rides and Tours, or they may opt to reschedule for a later date. 4. Rescheduling: 4.1.- Participants may request to reschedule their tour 3 days prior to the original tour date without incurring a cancellation fee. Requests must be made in writing via emal to info@bajaridesandtours.com. • Rescheduling date is subject to availability. • Customer can only reschedule a tour one time. • Tour can be rescheduled within a maximum of 6 months. 5. Exceptions: • Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be granted on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or travel restrictions, and must be documented. 6.
